DESCRIPTIONS:
Don Carlos Miscela Bar is a coffee-bean blend designed in the style of a traditional Italian “bar” espresso.
It combines beans from both Coffee arabica (Arabica) and Coffee robusta (Robusta), which gives it a balance between the complexity/finesse of Arabica and the strength, body, and higher caffeine of Robusta. The blend tends to produce a full-bodied, rich coffee with a heavy mouthfeel — smooth and velvety.
Common tasting/aroma notes: dark chocolate and nutty are often mentioned, sometimes with hints of caramel or even subtle sweet/vanilla finish depending on roast/grind. Acidity is generally moderate — not exceptionally bright or fruity. The coffee tends to yield a thick, creamy crema when brewed properly (esp. espresso or Moka pot). Best suited for espresso machines or Moka-pot/stovetop espresso makers — the blend and roast are adjusted for that style of concentrated coffee.
